
Governor Haslam will deliver his sixth State of the State Address tonight to members of the General Assembly, formalizing his policy priorities for the coming session and outlining his proposed spending plan for the upcoming fiscal year. The Governor’s plan is greatly anticipated in light of an estimated budget surplus exceeding $600 million.
