Sen. Lowe Finney Won’t Seek Third Term
State Senator Lowe Finney (D-Jackson) announced yesterday that he will not be seeking a third term to the Tennessee State Senate. Finney currently represents District 27, which includes Madison, Crockett, Dyer, Lake and Lauderdale Counties.
